I prepare tax returns for individuals and small businesses. Pretty much everything but Corporations, Partnerships, and Estate Tax Returns. My typical clients are sole proprietors, people with rental property, and people with itemized deductions. These are the people that I can help the most, since they have moderately complex returns that they may miss out on deductions if they use software on their own. My value proposition, besides saving people money on their taxes, is to be convenient. I strive to make tax time as painless as possible for my clients. I send out a tax organizer each year to help with the document gathering process and a self addressed return envelope to make it easy to get the right documents to me.
